The BCM building can be rented to student organizations with the approval from our BCM Campus Minister. The cost is $15 per hour (you must pay for set-up and clean-up times) and $15 per hour technology fee for one of our assistants to run sound/computer (you only pay for these services during the event) To request the building follow the process below:
1. Fill out a Building Rental Request at least one month in advance.
2. Wait for approval from BCM (This may take as long as 10 days)
3. Once approved, you will be sent an invoice to pay your rental fee via cash, check, or card within 7 days.
