Registration Deadline

July 14 >> for early on-campus move-in (we must submit our early move-in list to ASTATE Housing office by the 15th)

July 31 >> if living at home or off-campus

Wednesday, August 13

9:00 am - Noon >> Move into your dorm. Let us know where you will be, and we will send students to help you unload from your car to your room!

Noon - 5:00 pm >> Unpack, settle in, grab lunch with your family, make the last-minute trip to walmart, etc.

5:00 pm >> Dinner at BCM (with your family if they would like to attend!) During this time, you will hear about BCM, go over the LAUNCH schedule, hear testimonies from alumni and parents, and parents can ask questions, etc.

6:00 pm >> Parents are dismissed (tears may be shed)

6:30 pm >> Worship

7:30 pm >> Students divide into FAMILY GROUPS + Family Group activity, get to know you time

8:30 pm >> Break (go back to your dorm, etc.)

9:00 pm >> Guys & Girls Late night Activities

Thursday, August 14

9:00 >> Breakfast and Life Tip from a local church

9:45 >> Family Group Time

11:30 >> Campus Tour/Prayer Walk

12:15 >> Lunch and Life Tip from a local church

1:00 >> Break (Go back to your dorm or hang out on campus)

1:45 >> Carpool to Mt. Zion Baptist Camp (22 minutes away)

2:30 - 4:30 >> Swimming pool, basketball, pickleball, etc.

4:30 >> Carpool back, free time, shower, etc.

6:00 >> Dinner at BCM with Life Tip from local Church

6:45 >> Family Group Prep

7:15 >> Lip Sync Battle

8:00 >> Worship

9:00 >> Late Night at Ultimate Air Trampoline Park

Friday, August 15

9:00 >> Breakfast and Life Tip from a local church

9:45 >> Student Panel

10:30 >> Family Group Session

11:30 >> Break

12:15 >> Lunch and Life Tip from a local church

1:00 >> Break, rest, nap, finish unpacking your dorm

5:30 >> Dinner on the town with your family group (meal not provided)
